洱海流域水资源科学调度系统设计与实现

摘    要:为落实最严格水资源管理制度,强化水资源统一调度,围绕新形势下洱海水资源利用与保护的需求,深入分析洱海水资源利用及其调度现状,在现有信息化建设基础上,完善流域水资源监测体系,设计并搭建一套流域水资源科学调度系统,基于SOA架构和J2EE技术体系实现系统的开发,为洱海流域管理部门及时掌握流域的水资源信息、实现水资源的科学调度与管理提供指导和决策依据。

Abstract:In order to implement the most stringent water resources management system and meet the needs of resource utilization and protection in Erhai Lake under the new situation, the present situation of resource utilization and dispatching is analyzed in depth. On the basis of the existing information construction, the monitoring system of water resources in the basin is improved, and a scientific dispatching system of water resources in the basin is designed and built. Based on the SOA architecture and J2EE technology system, the system is developed, which provides guidance and basis for Erhai management department to grasp the water resources information of the basin in time and realize the scientific dispatch and management of water resources.
