| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设, 是全面推进依法治国的重要途径。首先要界定社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设的内涵, 把握其必要性和可行性, 在此基础上, 重点从科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法的 4 个维度研究社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设的路径。

| Abstract: | The integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law is an important way to advance the rule of lawin an all-round way. First of all, the connotation of the socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law must be defined and itsnecessity and feasibility be grasped. On the basis, the principles and paths of the integration of socialist core values into the constructionof the rule of law are studied from the four dimensions of scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair justice and law-abiding bythe whole people. |
