江苏省大中型水库管理范围开发占用遥感监测研究

摘    要:利用高分遥感,结合地面调查,对江苏全省10座典型大中型水库2012-2016年管理范围内开发占用开展动态监测,分析2016年江苏省水库开发占用现状,研究了2012-2016年库区占用变化趋势。结果表明:(1)水库开发占用共计3174处,占用水库管理范围面积6851.6万m2。其中,农业生产类4980.4万m2,占全部的72.7%,江苏省大中型水库开发占用以农业生产为主。(2)从变化趋势来看,三次年度监测变化面积下降25.8%,基础设施、城乡居住、商业开发等减少明显,水利建设增加,农业生产逐年增加,工矿企业年度增加保持稳定。(3)通过高分遥感开展库区开发占用动态监测,对于水库的监管是一种高效、先进的技术手段,为水库的管理、保护、规划和法规的制定提供基础数据和技术手段支撑。

The Research on Remoting Sensing Monitoring of Land Use in the Management Scope of Large and Medium Reservoirs in Jiangsu Province
Abstract:Dynamic monitoring of development and occupation of 10 typical large and medium reservoirs in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2016 is carried out by high-resolution remote sensing combined with ground survey. And the present situation of reservoir development and occupation in Jiangsu Province in 2016 is analyzed, and the changing trend of reservoir occupation from 2012 to 2016 is studied. The result shows that:(1) Reservoir development occupies a total of 3174 places, covering an area of 68.516 million m2 for reservoir management. Among them, 49.804 million m2 of agricultural production, accounting for 72.7% of the total. Agricultural production dominates the development and occupation of large and medium-sized reservoirs in our province.(2) From the perspective of change trend, the three annual monitoring change areas increased by 25.8%, infrastructure, urban and rural residential, commercial development, etc. decreased significantly, water conservancy construction increased, agricultural production increased year by year, and the annual increase of industrial and mining enterprises remained stable.(3) The dynamic monitoring of reservoir development and occupancy through high-resolution remote sensing is an efficient and advanced technical means for reservoir management, and provided basic data and technical means for reservoir management, protection, planning and formulation of laws and regulations.
