摘    要:以粉煤灰和页岩陶粒为基本原料制备轻质高强混凝土(High-strength light weight concrete, HSLC), 考察了水灰比、轻集料等对试块性能的影响。结果表明, 在轻集料强度一定的条件下, HSLC 的抗压强度会随水灰比的增加而提高; 在一定的水灰比下, 轻集料的强度对HSLC 的强度起决定性作用。此外, 原材料中适当添加减轻剂漂珠可以降低混凝土试块的表观密度; 所用不同品种的水泥也会对混凝土试块的抗压强度产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Fly ash and shale ceramsite were used as basic raw materials to prepare high-strength light weight concrete (High-strengthlight weight concrete, HSLC). The effects of water cement ratio and lightweight aggregate on the properties of the HSLC samples wereinvestigated. The results show that the compressive strength of HSLC will increase with the increase of water cement ratio under thecondition of constant light aggregate strength, and the strength of light aggregate played a decisive role in the compressive strengthof HSLC under a certain water cement ratio. In addition, the apparent density of concrete blocks can be reduced by properly addingfloating beads in raw materials. The different types of cement used will also have a certain impact on the compressive strength ofconcrete samples.
