PLC控制系统在电厂制氢站的应用

摘    要:新建制氢系统采用PLC和上位机组成的控制系统,以CRT和键盘为监视和控制手段,通过PLC对整个工艺系统进行集中监控。整个控制系统具有完善的联锁报警功能,数据采集、CRT画面显示、参数处理、越限报警、制表打印等功能。在此对该PLC控制系统的构成、控制功能及维护中常见故障的处理进行简单介绍。

Abstract:A control system consisting of PLC and upper computer is adopted in the new hydrogen generation system. In detail, CRT and keyboard are the main methods of monitoring and control, and they carry out the centralized control for the whole technologic system by PLG. The whole control system has a perfect function of interlock alarming, data acquisition, CRT screen display, parameter processing, level limit alarming and table printing etc. The structure, control function and the treatments for common faults in routine maintenance are introduced in brief.
