摘    要:本文以聚乙烯/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物/炭黑(PE/EVA/CB)体系为研究对象,采用熔融共混挤出成型制样的方法,探讨了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)在体系中的稳定作用,结果表明,在体系中加入CPE可以起到相容剂的作用,能大大改善炭黑在聚合物中的分散,提高材料体系中各相间的结构稳定性,降低材料体系的电阻率,使炭黑和聚合物间的复合更为均一,从而可以在一定程度上提高材料的导电性及稳定性。并在体系中加入2.5%(质量百分比)的CPE时即可收到明显效果。

Abstract:PTC conductive PE/EVA/CB composite was prepared by means of melt co extrusion,and the stabilizing effect of CPE on the composite was studied.The results showed the use of CPE to the composite increased the compatibility of the system,improved the dispersity of CB in the system,increasing the structure stability of each phase of the system,decreasing the electrical resistivity of the system,improving the homogeneity of CB to the polymer,resulting in increasing the conductivity and stabilitty of the system,which was more obvious when the content of CPE was 2.5%(by mass) in the system.
