摘    要:某国产超临界600 MW汽轮发电机组在调试启动过程中,由于振动大,严重影响了该机的正常运行.为此,通过控制启动参数以及现场动平衡试验,将各瓦轴振动降至合格范围内.该振动问题的处理方法对同类型国产超临界机组的调试和运行具有参考价值.

Abstract:During the commissioning startup of a home-made 600 MW supercritical pressure turbo-generator unit, the vibration problem had a serious influence on its safety, By means of controlling the startup parameter and field dynamic balancing test, the shaft vibration at each bearing bush attained to a satisfying level. This will provide some reference for the vibration treatment of like units in the commissioning and commercial operation.
