| Abstract: | Role and obligation, as well as deficiency and misbehavior in knowledge,attitude and practice, of the consumers were analyzed in this paper. Suggestions and measures on how to promote the consumers to play an active and enthusiastic role were put forward from the viewpoint of consumer education and legal system construction. |
