摘    要:通过采用0 Gy、120 Gy、180 Gy、300 Gy、420 Gy、600 Gy等6个电子束剂量辐照3个玉米象虫态,研究低剂量辐照对玉米象体内超氧歧化酶及小麦品质的影响。试验结果表明,SOD活力为:蛹幼虫成虫,SOD活力随辐照剂量增加呈现先上升、后下降的趋势。辐照后小麦面筋指数、粉质品质和色泽气味无明显变化。

Abstract:The use of 0 Gy, 120 Gy, 180 Gy, 300 Gy,420 Gy,600 Gy, etc 6 election beam irradition dose three maize weevil state to study the in vivo protective enmaze superoxide dismutase changes.The result showed that: SOD activity is:larvae〉pupae〉adults,SOD activity increased with radiation dose showed a downward trend after the first rise.Wheat germination rate ,quality, color and odor gluten index was no significant change on irradition.
