| 摘 要： | 系统地回顾了战略管理理论研究的历史演变过程，讨论了它的现状、在我国的发展情况，存在的若干问题以及今后的发展趋势，为企业制定发展战略提供参考，战略管理的研究将呈现出强调理论的动态化、从实践中学习、各学派进一步整合等特点。

| Abstract: | Traditional enterprises strategic management model is facing to new challenging due to the variable of business environment in 21 st century.In order to offer effective reference for enterprises setting u p their competitive strategy,the history evolution pro cess of strategic management theory is systemically retrospected the pr esent situ-ation,especially the development c onditions in China,some existing pr oblems and the research trend of the t heory of strategic management are discussed.The research of strategic management will tend to stress the dynamics of theory,learning from practice and i ntegrating different research school. |
