摘    要:齿轮箱是风电机组中维修费用最高的部件之一,针对齿轮箱的状态检修策略研究对降低设备维修费用、提高可靠度具有关键作用。针对风机齿轮箱不完全维修这一现状,提出了一种基于比例强度模型的优化检修策略。该方法利用监测到的齿轮箱振动数据、温度数据及历史维修数据建立比例强度模型,确定齿轮箱的强度函数;然后采用物理规划方法权衡最小维修费用和最大可靠度两个优化目标函数,确定最优维修阈值,并制定最优维修策略。结合实际风电场故障数据和在线监测数据,对考虑不完全检修的优化检修策略进行仿真分析,结果验证了所提优化策略的有效性和合理性。

Abstract:The study of condition-based maintenance strategy for the gearbox is crucial to reduce maintenance costs and improve reliability of equipment since its maintenance costs is one of the highest parts in wind turbine. In allusion to imperfect maintenance of the gearbox, an optimized maintenance strategy based on proportional intensity model (PIM) is proposed. The strategy builds the PIM based on the monitoring data about gearbox vibration, temperature and historical maintenance, and obtains the intensity function of gearbox; then the physical programming method, which is applied to deal with the tradeoff between the minimizing maintenance costs and maximizing reliability, is used to determine the optimized maintenance threshold and formulate the optimal maintenance strategy. Finally, the optimized maintenance strategy with imperfect repair is simulated by using the actual failure data and online monitoring data from wind power plant. The simulated results verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed maintenance strategy for gearbox.
