变电站智能巡视后台管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:变电站巡视管理是电力系统运行管理工作的重要环节。为了保证变电设备运行的安全稳定性,确保巡视人员到位率,实现巡视科学化、标准化和智能化的目标,在Web系统平台和Oracle数据库的基础上,采用先进的管理信息系统技术,设计开发了变电站智能巡视系统,并对该系统的后台管理系统的各个模块进行了分析研究。对系统的巡视管理、缺陷管理、设备管理、查询分析和系统管理等功能做了详细的介绍,并将其应用于实际巡视管理工作中。以河南某县供电公司为例,在设备信息管理、人员到位情况和发展前景等方面,与传统的巡视方式进行了比较,取得了较好的实践效果。

Abstract:Substation patrol management is an important link in power system operation and management work. In order to ensure the security and stability of substation equipment operation, to ensure that the inspector must be in place, to achieve patrol scientific, standardized and intelligent goals, on the basis of the Web system platform and Oracle database, it uses advanced management information system (MIS) techniques and designs and develops intelligent substation inspection system, and analyzes the background management system various modules. It makes a detailed introduction of the patrol management, defect management, equipment management, query analysis and system management, and other functions, and applies it to the actual patrol management work. The county power companies in Henan, for example, in the device information management, the situation of personnel in place, and development prospects, etc., it gets a better practice effect compared with the traditional inspection methods.
