固化磷石膏-疏浚淤泥混合土的工程性质研究

摘    要:基于传统的固化技术,因地制宜的提出了将磷石膏和疏浚淤泥预先混合成基质土,再添加水泥进行固化的方法,以期达到经济有效地将废弃物转化为良质土资源的目的。在几种养护龄期下,通过对固化的不同混合比磷石膏-疏浚淤泥混合土进行无侧限抗压强度试验、直剪试验和渗透试验以明确合理的磷石膏/疏浚淤泥混合比例以及固化混合土的工程性质。根据试验结果,在综合分析了固化混合土的强度及渗透性的基础上,得出基质土中的磷石膏和疏浚淤泥最佳质量混合比约为1/3.5~1.2/1,此混合比例的基质土中在仅掺ac=100kg/m3的水泥的情况下无侧限抗压强度可达450~900kPa左右,渗透系数k在10-5~10-6cm/s数量级。

Abstract:Based on conventional stabilization, a new stabilization method was proposed to improve these wastes of dredged material and phosphogypsum to ideal fill materials. The method was that blended the dredged material and phosphogypsum at the proper proportion firstly, then a little of cement been added to stabilize the dredged material-phosphogypsum blend. Under some curing period, through the unconfined strength test, the direct shear test and the penetration test, the suitable blend ratios of two wastes, the strength and penetration properties of stabilization soil were obtained. The test results showed that the fittest blend ratios of two wastes is 1/3.5~1.2/1. The unconfined strength of stabilized phosphogypsum-dredged material blend was about 450~900kPa with only the cement content of 100 kg/m3; and the permeability coefficient k was about 10-5~10-6cm/s.
