摘    要:电机定子嵌线槽在绕制铜线之前,需要在槽口内部插入一层绝缘材料,目前许多企业依旧采用人工方式嵌入一层绝缘纸,该方式具有劳动强度大、效率低的缺点。基于此生产实际的需要,提出了一种可以实现电机定子嵌线槽自动插纸的装置,并对其运动机构和控制程序进行了设计。该装置的研制,可以为企业节省大量成本,同时具有降低劳动强度,提高生产效率和提高绝缘纸利用率等优点。

Abstract:Before winding copper wire embedding in the electromotor stator, electromotor stator needs to be inserted a layer of insulating material into the slot. At present, many enterprises still adopt artificial ways to embed the layer of insulating material, which has the disadvantages of great labor intensity and low efficiency. According to the product's actual needs, this article proposes an apparatus which can make the motor stater automatically insert paper come true, and the motion mechanism and the control program are designed. This apparatus has the advantages of reducing labor intensity, improving the productivity, increasing the insulating paper's utilization and so on. It can save great costs for enterprises.
