钨粉分级在粗晶碳化钨粉生产中的应用

摘    要:晶粒粗大且均匀的碳化钨粉一直是粗晶硬质合金制造者的迫切需要,本文通过对钨粉分级再碳化工艺的研究,有效解决粉末夹粗夹细现象,制造粗晶碳化钨粉。试验表明,此方法制造的粗晶合金结构均匀,性能优越。

Abstract:It is attractive for hard alloy manufacturer to obtain tungsten powder with coarse and homogenous grain. In this paper, a gradation-carbonization process of tungsten powder was developed to overcome the inhomogeneous distribution of powders and produce the coarse-grained tungsten carbide. The results showed that the coarse-grained alloy prepared with this process exhibited uniform structure and promising properties.
