羊毛轧染微波固色工艺研究

摘    要:采用丽雅伦活性染料、兰纳素活性染料和派拉丁金属络合染料对羊毛织物进行轧染微波固色,研究了微波辐射功率、固色时间和固色前堆置时间对表观得色量K/S值的影响。与传统的羊毛轧染堆置固色工艺进行了对比,分析了羊毛织物经过堆置固色和微波固色的表观得色量和固着率。研究了羊毛织物经微波固色后的匀染性、染色牢度和断裂强力和撕破强力等。

Abstract:Microwave pad dyeing process of wool dyed by realan reactive dyes,lanasol reactive dyes and palatin metal complex dyes was carried out.Influences on K/S of microwave power,treating time and batching time before fixation were investigated.The colour yield and fixation were compared among batching fixation and microwave fixation.Levelness,dyeing fastness,breaking strength and tear strength of wool fabric after microwave fixation were also discussed.
