颗粒悬浮填料复合式膜生物反应器的过滤性能研究

摘    要:介绍了颗粒填料复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)在工业废水处理中的应用.在运行条件一致的情况下,对普通膜生物反应器(MBR)和颗粒填料复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)进行了对比实验,着重研究了颗粒填料在膜污染控制方面的作用.结果表明:由于投加填料颗粒,HMBR的沉积层阻力减少了86%,临界通量增长了约20%;在长期运行过程中MBR的膜污染速率是HMBR的3.3倍.在膜生物反应器中投加颗粒填料可以有效地改善其过滤性能,减缓膜通量的下降.

Abstract:A new hybrid membrane bioreactor(HMBR) with porous-flexible suspended carrier particles was introduced in the wastewater treatment.Comparison between membrane bioreactor(MBR) and hybrid membrane bioreactor(HMBR) was carried out under similar operational conditions.The research was focused on the effect of carrier particles on the controlling of membrane fouling.The results indicated that the cake resistance of HMBR decreased by 86% and the critical flux of HMBR increased by 20% in comparison with MBR.During the long-term experiments,the increase rate of suction pressure for MBR was almost 3.3 times of that for HMBR.These observations revealed that carrier particles played an important role in governing the filtration conditions and decreasing fouling resistance.
