Ti-Fe系贮氢合金金相组织形貌的研究

摘    要:本文从金属学和凝固过程理论出发,对 Ti-Fe系贮氢合金的铸造组织加以分析,并鉴别出各种相的形貌特征,又辅之以 x 光衍射试验。进一步证实各相的存在。最后,对工业上适用的TiFe_(0.9)Mn_(0.1)和 TiFe_(0.875)Cr_(0.065)两种贮氢材料的金相组织加以分析和说明。

Abstract:Based on the theory of solidification process and metallography,all kinds of microstucture of Ti-Fe alloys in the casting state have been analyzed.The morphologies of all kinds of microstructure of the alloys have been discrimina- ted,and some phases verified and identified by X-ray diffraction.In addition, the metallographic structure of the alloys for hydrogen storage,TiFe0.9Mn0.01 and TiFe0.875Cr0.065,which are available in industry have been analyzed and specified.
