基于共振隧穿二极管的蔡氏电路及其应用

摘    要:利用共振隧穿二极管(RTD)的负微分电阻特性,采用驱动点特性合成的方法,实现了蔡氏电路中的分段线性电阻,通过一组参数的选取,进而实现了蔡氏电路,在设计蔡氏电路的基础上,利用耦合同步法实现了2个蔡氏电路之间的混沌同步,最后研究了他在保密通信中的应用,并用SPICE模拟软件进行了仿真验证.相对于用传统方法实现的蔡氏电路,基于RTD的蔡氏电路及其保密通信电路具有电路结构简单的特点.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of negative differential resistance of Resonant Tunneling Diode, the piecewise-linear resistance is realized using the method of driving point characteristic composition. Chua's circuit is realized by selecting appropriate parameters. Based on the Chua's circuit design, chaotic synchronization between two Chua's circuits is realized using coupling synchronization method. The application of this new design in secure communication is studied. The Chua's circuit and the secure communication circuit are simulated and validated by SPICE. Compared with the circuits based on conventional method, the new Chua's circuit and secure communication circuit based on RTD have the merit of simple structure.
