有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备生物挂膜载体泡沫陶瓷

摘    要:以粘土为原料,采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺,制备了生物载体用泡沫陶瓷。研究了硅溶胶的加入量对浆料粘度值及泡沫陶瓷抗压强度的影响,浆料固含量对烧成泡沫陶瓷的气孔率、抗压强度和外观形貌等性能的影响。结果表明:浆料中加入质量分数为1.5%左右的硅溶胶、浆料固含量为65%时,制备的泡沫陶瓷的抗压强度约为2.5 MPa,气孔率约为85%,综合性能最优。

Abstract:Foam ceramics for organism carrier are made from clay by polymeric foam replication.The effect of silicasol content on the slurry character or the compression strength of the foam ceramics and the effect of the slurry solids-content on foam ceramic porosity and compression strength and the appearance with the solids-content of the slurry are researched.The foam ceramic porosity is 85% and compression strength is 2.5 MPa when the silicasol content is about 1.5% and solids-content 65%.
