摘    要:简要介绍了当今最具代表性的两种三辊连轧管机各自不同的孔型调节方式。在简化相关边界条件的前提下,以Φ168mm PQF机组和Φ159mm FQM机组为对象,解析了在轧制典型规格产品时两种机型分别在摆动压下和径向压下调节后孔型各关键点的位移以及孔型圆心的偏移情况。分析了两种不同的孔型调节方式对孔型精度及荒管壁厚精度的影响程度。

Abstract:Briefed in the paper are the two pass adjustment methods respectively for the two currently most representative three-roll MPMs.With relevant boundary conditions simplified,and the Φ168 mm PQF and the Φ159 mm FQM taken as the study objects,analysis is conducted on displacements of the key pass points and shifting statuses of the pass centers of the mills after swing screwdown and radial screwdown,when rolling pipes with typical sizes.Also analyzed are the extent of influences by the said two different pass adjustment types on the pass accuracy as well as the pipe wall thickness accuracy.
