摘    要:通过硬脂酸对氢氧化铝阻燃剂的表面改性研究,探讨了硬脂酸用量、时间、温度等工艺因素。氢氧化铝改性的影响。结果表明,最佳的改性条件为改性剂用量为氢氧化铝质量的3%:改性时间和温.分别为30min和90℃。通过粘度测试、热重分析(TG)和傅立叶变换红外光谱分析(FT—IR)测试与分析,结果表明:改性的氢氧化铝与石蜡相容性增大;改性剂和氢氧化铝之间存在化学键合,形成了化学键。

Abstract:The surface modification of flame retardant aluminum hydroxide by stearic acid was studied, the influence of factors such as amount of stearic acid, time and temperature was discussed. According to the results of the experiments, the optimum modification conditions are the amount of modifier is 3% of the mass of aluminum hydroxide, the modification time is 30 min and the modification temperature is 90℃. Through the testing and analysis of viscosities, TG and FT-IR, the result shows that modified aluminum hydroxide has good compatibility with paraffin. There is the chemical bonding between modifier and aluminum hydroxide, which formed a chemical bond.
