摘    要:基于对大规模定制生产模式的产品与生产特征的分析,描述了面向大规模定制的模块工件成组调度问题,提出了以识别瓶颈工序为基础的最小化加权拖期成组调度启发式方法,实现了生产成本与交货期的优化。实际生产数据的调度结果表明,与模块单批调度和完全批成组调度方法相比较,基于瓶颈的最小化加权拖期模块成组调度启发式方法更可行、更有效。

Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of products and the production in mass customization,we discussed the modular group scheduling problem,and presented a heuristic method for minimizing the weighted tardiness.The method involved the identification of bottleneck operation,and the optimization of both of the production cost and the delivery performance.The results of practice data of an assemble enterprise show,as compared to the modular single scheduling and modular fully-group scheduling,the method presented ...
