摘    要:在聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维不熔化过程中,由于受到热作用,分子链沿纤维轴向发生热收缩,分子解取向.在不熔化过程中抑制纤维的收缩,使分子保持较高的取向度,有利于得到具有较高微晶取向度的碳纤维.研究了聚丙烯腈纤维在氮气气氛下热处理后的化学结构变化,考察了氮气处理对纤维热收缩性的抑制.

Abstract:During the stabilization step,the polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber shrinks as well as disorients in the direction of fiber axis.So it is important to control the shrinkage of PAN fiber in air in order to get high performance carbon fiber.The chemical structure changes and the thermal shrinkage of PAN fiber are studied when it is first treated in nitrogen gas.
