基于PLC的电梯模型控制系统设计

摘    要:目前,电梯控制系统已基本上淘汰了传统的继电器控制方式,取而代之的是以PLC和微控制器为核心的数字控制系统。介绍了采用双PLC及其PC-LINK网络设计的电梯模型控制系统,通过上位机软件对整个系统的运行进行实时监控。实际运行证明,该系统性能可靠。

Abstract:At present,the traditional relay control way has been eliminated basically in the elevator control system. For the core numerical control system, more and more PLC and the micro controller are used in the elevator control system. The paper introduces an elevator model control system which is implemented with double PLC and PC-LINK network, the overall system movement is monitored through the upper computer software. Experiment results prove that the system performance is reliable.
