超声无损检测与评价的关键技术问题及其解决方案

摘    要:超声检测是一种重要的无损检测方法,在常规五大无损检测中,它的应用范围和领域是最广泛的,几乎涵盖了工业检测的各个领域。就超声无损检测本身而言,它的关键技术包括以下几个方面:超声自动检测技术,缺陷的自动定性技术,缺陷的自动定量技术,超声成像技术,缺陷的特征提取与分类技术,材料的无损评价技术。论述了超声无损检测与评价的关键技术问题,并对初步解决方案做了简要介绍。

Abstract:Ultrasonic test is an important method of nondestructive test.In conventional top-five NDT,the scope of the application field is the most extensive,covering almost all areas of industrial detection.Ultrasonic nondestructive testing itself on the part,the key technologies include the following: ultrasound automatic detection technology,the automatic defect characterization technology,the automatic defect quantitative techniques,ultrasonic imaging technology,the feature extraction and defect classification technology,materials nondestructive evaluation techniques.Discusses the ultrasonic nondestructive testing and evaluation of the key technical issues,and preliminary solutions are introduced.
