摘    要:以苯酚模拟废水为研究对象,对pH值、电解电压、电解质浓度、电解时间进行L16(44)正交试验,确定电催化氧化法处理苯酚废水的最佳反应条件为:pH值为6,电解电压为9 V,电解质浓度为20 g/L,电解时间为120 min。在此基础上,确定三维电极法最佳活性炭投加量为150 g/L,通过试验得出,在一定时间下,三维电极法废水处理效果明显优于二维电极法。

Abstract:Take the pHenol simulation waste water as the object of study,pH value,electrolysis voltage,electrolyte density,the electrolysis time were studied by L16(44) orthogonal test.The electrocatalysis oxo-process law processing phenol waste water's optimum response condition is: the pH value is 6,the electrolysis voltage is 9V,supports the electrolyte density is 20g/L,the electrolysis time is 120 min.Based on this,determined that the three dimensional electrode process best activated charcoal throws the increment is 150 g/L.Under certain time,the three dimensional electrode law wastewater disposal effect surpasses the two-dimensional electrode law obviously.
