| 摘 要： | 为了提高企业的工业自动化水平,宁夏宝塔气分有限公司采用了浙大中控WebField JX-300X DCS,实现了对宝塔气分装置的综合控制.在介绍该控制系统的组成和工作原理的基础上,详细论述了WebField JX-300X DCS在宝塔气分上的控制过程,进一步阐述该控制系统的先进性和串级控制的重要性.实践证明,该系统在运行过程中的自动化率可达95%以上,降低了工人的劳动强度,并实现了整个装置长时间的安全运行,为企业带来的巨大的经济效益推动了石油化工和工业自动化的长足发展.

| Abstract: | In order to raise the industrial automatic level in enterprise,Ningxia Baota gas-fractionation Co.Ltd introduced the SUPCON WebField JX-300X DCS and realized the synthetic control.Based on describing the constitution and work principle of SUPCON WebField JX-300X DCS,this paper discussed the control process of the system in Baota gas-fractionation,expounded further the advance of the control system and importance of the serial control.The practice proved that the system had raised the industrial automatic level by 95%,reduced the workers' work intensify,realized the whole unit to run safely in a long time,bring big economic benefits,and impulse the development of petrochemical and industrial automatization. |
