| 摘 要： | 阐述了天丝纤维和单芯涤纶长丝包芯纱的特性,确定了单芯涤纶长丝包芯纱的纺纱工艺流程以及生产过程中的关键技术和注意事项,探讨了在传统细纱机上纺制单芯涤纶长丝包芯纱的主要技术难点,其中以细纱机改造为重点。

| Abstract: | The character of Tencel fiber and single-core polyester filament core-spun yarn was described.The spinning technical process of single-core polyester filament core-spun yarn was determined,as well as the key technologies and matters needing attention in the production process.And the major technique difficulty of spinning single-core polyester filament core-spun yarn on the traditional spinning frame was discussed,which taking the spinning frame transformation as the key point. |
