安全气囊涤纶长丝拉伸性能测试分析

摘    要:针对市场上原料为锦纶的汽车安全气囊生产成本高,而涤纶价格低,强度高,易回用,可轧光的特点,通过长丝性能测试,优选几种适合生产汽车安全气囊涤纶长丝织物的原料,选择166.7dtex/48f、466dtex/70f、230dtex/72f、280dtex/48f作为生产安全气囊的原料。

Abstract:On the market,the production cost of airbag made by polyamide filament is high,while the cost of polyester filament is lower and its strength is better.The polyester filament has a feature of recycling and calendering.By tensile testing of the filament,several kinds of polyester filament materials which can be used for airbag were chosen respectively,they were 466dtex/70f,166.7dtex/48f,230dtex/72f and 280dtex/48f.
