乙基氯化物的生产废水处理研究

摘    要:采用化学中和法进行预处理,再分别采用活性炭吸附法和生化处理方法对乙基氯化物生产废水进行后续处理,通过正交试验探讨预处理时间、盐酸与氢氧化钠添加量等因素对化学需氧量(COD)、总硫、总磷等的影响。最佳条件为:投碱量15~20g,投酸量100mL,吹脱时间50min,采用活性污泥进行生化处理。

Abstract:After pretreatment by chemical neutralization method ,wastewater from production of ethyl chloride was treated by activated carbon adsorption process and biological treatment methods respectively. Through the orthognnal tests, effects of pretreatment time, dosage of hydroehloride and sodium hydroxide, etc. on COD, total sulfur and total phosphorus were investigated. The results show that the best conditions are as follows:dosage of sodium hydroxide is 15 -20 g, dosage of hydrochloride is 100 mL, blow - off time is 50 min, pretreatment should he carried out with activated sludge.
