真空绝热板在直冷冰箱冷冻室部位的应用研究

摘    要:本文研究了进口 VIP 板在某直冷冰箱冷冻室部位6种不同方案的应用效果,结果表明,产品能耗随 VIP 板厚度、数量 (或覆盖面积)的增加而降低,耗电量最多可降低15%,冷冻负载温度回升时间可延长27%,压缩机工作系数减少22%。我们认为,优化冰箱制冷系统有利于提高 VIP 冰箱的性能,但是在 VIP 板的应用方面也应考虑到成本与能耗的关系。

Abstract:The research aim is to compare the different effects with the six distribution designs using the commer- cially available vacuum insulation panels in the refrigerators. The results show that the thicker VIP and the bigger cover- ing area of VIP improve the energy efficiency performance of the refrigerators.According to the test results,the Energy Efficiency Improvement(EEI)of the refrigerator with VIP is up to 15%;the temperature rise time of load extends by 27%;the compressor run-on rate reduces by 22%.We think that the optimized refrigeration system should benefit the performance of VIP refrigerators.But a trade-off issue be- tween the cost and energy efficiency should be taken into consideration for VIP sapplication.
