基于LabVIEW的高压脉冲杀菌系统研究

摘    要:介绍了新型高压脉冲杀菌系统的结构与设计思路。控制与数据采集系统基于LabVIEW设计,重点对数据采集模块与温度显示模块进行开发。结合自主研制的方波脉冲上升沿小于100 ns的脉冲电源与处理室进行中试规模杀菌实验,成功开发出一套控制简单灵活、数据采集准确、运行安全稳定的高压脉冲杀菌系统。

Abstract:The structure and design thought of a new high voltage pulse sterilization system are introduced.Control and data acquisition system is designed based on LabVIEW,data acquisition module and temperature display module are developed emphatically.Combined with the self-developed pulse power whose rectangular wave pulse with the rising time is less than 100 ns and the pilot-scale sterilization experiments in treatment chamber,a high voltage pulse sterilization system is developed successfully,whose control is simple and flexible,data acquisition is accurate,operation is security and stability.
