超宽谱对无线电引信的作用效应实验研究

摘    要:为了检测某型无线电引信的抗电磁脉冲能力并确定其能量耦合机理,利用超宽谱高功率微波(UWS-HPM)发生器,实验研究了该型引信的电磁脉冲辐照效应。实验表明:电点火头本身以及勤务处理状态下的无线电引信在超宽谱高功率微波辐照下是安全的;超宽谱高功率微波场强峰峰值达到106 kV/m时,解除引信保险可使实验引信的电点火头全部引爆。电点火头被引爆的能量耦合机理是:超宽谱高功率微波辐照能量耦合进入引信执行级电路,使其晶闸管误导通。

Abstract:Radio fuze severely threats to lots of military targets,but one of important shortcomings of radio fuze is that it is easy to be interfered or mistakenly exploded by EMP or other interference sources.UWS-HPM is one of important electromagnetic interference sources to radio fuze.In order to test the anti-interfering ability and the EMP energy coupling mechanism of specified radio fuze,the UWS-HPM radiation test to this radio fuze has been researched by use of UWS-HPM generator.The radio fuze and projectile connected as the normal status are put parallel with the polarization direction of UWS-HPM E-field and aim at the center of the UWS-HPM paraboloid antenna.Batteries instead of the turbine generator can eliminate the disturbing of the voltage fluctuation to ensure the test veracity.The booster is removed from radio fuze to guarantee the test safety.The exploding of EED under test represents the exploding of radio fuze.Through changing the distance between radio fuze and UWS-HPM generator,a series of high intensity EMP radiation is put on radio fuze.The experimental results have been analyzed in detail.The radiation test indicates that the each UWS-HPM EMP is stable;The fuze's EED itself is safe in the radiation of UWS-HPM;The nonworking status radio fuze is safe in the radiation of UWS-HPM;All the fuzes under test explode when the peak-peak E-field of the UWS-HPM is 106kV/m;The UWS-HPM EMP energy coupling mode to radio fuze is the "back door" coupling mode;The "front door" coupling mode is excluded.The analysis also indicates that the EMP energy coupling mechanism is that the SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) in fuze executive circuit unit turns from off to on in UWS-HPM radiation field,then the EED is detonated by the capacitor discharging current.
