| 摘 要： | 介绍了转向架分离装置总体结构及工作原理,分析了该分离装置液压系统工作原理及动作顺序。在此基础上,采用西门子PLC,计算了输入/输出点数,设计了操作面板、顺序功能图和程序。调试后证明设计的控制系统能满足该液压系统的动作要求,可为同类系统的设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | The general setting-up and operational principle of the separating equipment of the bogie are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,the operational principle and the working circulate of the hydraulic system of the equipment are analyzed.On the basis of the above,incorparating the SIEMENS PLC,the inputs and the outputs of the PLC are figured out,and the operation panel,the order of functional diagram and the programme are designed. |
