高锰钢铸件裂纹产生的原因及预防措施

摘    要:根据高锰钢生产的实践经验。提出了高锰钢铸件在铸造生产过程中裂纹产生的机理及受大冲击载荷高锰钢铸件在使用过程中裂纹产生发展的机理。认为铸件在使用过程中的非正常失效的原因主要是由于铸件内部存在着显微裂纹、碳化物孔洞、晶界上的磷共晶、非金属夹杂物、缩孔、缩松等缺陷造成。从铸件的结构设计、化学成分的选取、冶炼、洗注、造型、清理及热处理各个环节中根据高锰钢的特点,制订出合理的工艺并严格执行而获得优质的铸件。通过采取细化晶粒、强化脱氧、脱磷来预防铸件产生裂纹。生产实践证明:以上措施是消除或减小高锰钢铸件裂纹的有效手段。

Abstract:According to the practice experience of high manganese steel production, it was put forward that the mechanism of forming crack in the production and growing crack in using with high punch load. The author think that the cast non-normal losing effectiveness in use is caused by microcrack, carbide hole, iron phosphide eutectic in grain boundary, non-metallic inclusion, shrinkage cavity, porosity in the inside cast. For prevention cast crack in the course of production, we should consider different characteristic of high manganese steel on each sectors, such as structure design, the chemical composition selection, smetery, cast, molding, cleaning and heattreatment, and work out scientific technology and strictly implement. This can obtain high cast. Cast crack of castings is prevented by grain refinement, strengthening deoxygen and dephosphorization. The practice experiences show that the above measures are effective ways of removing and fading cracks of high manganese steel casting.
