催化燃烧炉特性的实验研究

摘    要:通过对贫天然气/空气混合物在催化燃烧炉中的渡贵金属(铂)蜂窝状支撑物横端面上燃烧污染排放物的研究。主要从低污染和高效辐射的角度对催化燃烧的性质进行了研究。通过三个相互关联的实验测得实验数据,并进行了结果分析。和火焰燃烧相比较,贫天然气燃料混合物的催化燃烧,燃烧温度和氮氧化物的排放较低。催化燃烧过程可达到近零污染排放。

Abstract:The pollutant emissions characteristics of the combustion of lean natural gas-air mixtures in some precious metal (Pt) based honeycomb monoliths were investigated in a Catalytic Combustion Burner. The main objectives of this work were the studies of preserving 'near zero' emissions and high radiation efficiency of catalytic combustion. According to three groups of the relevant data, the results were analyzed. The main characteristics of catalytic combustion are that by burning fuel lean mixtures the combustion temperatures and NOx emissions are low to those of a conventional flame. The operating conditions verified `near zero' pollutant emissions that only a catalytic combustion process can achieve at present.
