摘    要:针对海洋平台传动机构安全性要求高的特点,在常规设计方法的基础上,利用可靠性设计原理对其中最危险零件——传动齿轮进行可靠性设计;对常规设计和可靠性设计方法进行了对比研究,提出了常规设计方法存在的不足以及低速重载齿轮传动主要是齿面接触失效;指出可靠性设计方法对安全性要求高的零件或设备的设计是一个重要补充。

Abstract:In view of the high offshore platform transmission system security was requested, in conventional design method's foundation, a method was put forward using reliability design principle to the most dangerous components carried on the reliability design. The contrast study was conducted to the conventional design and the reliability design method. The conventional design method existence's insufficiency was found, as well as the low-speed and heavy-load gear transmission was mainly the tooth surface contact failure. It is an important supplement that the reliable design method requests the high components or equipment's design to the security.
