To build the system of certification and registration for architects in P.R.China,Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development decided to set up a professional valuation system for architecture specialty at the same time.The paper introduced the background of building a professional valuation system for architecture specialty,discussed the standard,procedure and evaluation methods of the system,and proposed the meaning of building the system.
