酸轧机组拉矫机工作辊磨损预测模型研究

摘    要:针对酸轧联合机组中拉伸矫直机工作辊磨损快、使用寿命短等问题,根据拉矫机工作辊磨损实测数据,通过现场测试及实验,分析了工作辊磨损机理,建立了基于带钢生产吨位下工作辊最大磨损量预测模型、基于拉矫工艺参数下工作辊轴向整体磨损预测模型,并采用遗传算法优化了模型参数,优化后的模型可用于拉矫机工作辊磨损在线预报。

Abstract:Some practical problems in the pickling line and tandem cold mill were researched, including the se- vere abrasion and short lifetime of working roll in'stretcher leveller. According to the measured data for abra- sion of working roils in stretcher leveller, wearing mechanisms for the working roils were studied by field test and experiment method. The prediction model of maximum wear values based on strip production and that of overall wear based on parameters were established, and the specific model parameters were optimized using ge- netic algorithms. The optimized model could be used for online wearing forecasting of working rolls.
