| 摘 要： | 本文是针对大型带式烧结设备在生产过程中,所发生的故障状况进行分析并总结出其规律;并对主要烧结设备的点检和维护的要点进行了阐述;同时,通过对烧结设备常发故障的分析找出其原因,并制定了相应的解决措施,通过实践取得了良好的效果。为今后在同类设备的检修和维护提供了一定的经验。

| Abstract: | This article aims at analyzing the malfunction which occured in the production process of draper-type,agglomeration apparatus and sumed up the law.It expatiates the essentials of part-check and maintenance of agglomeration apparatus,at the same time,by analyzing the malfunction which often occurs in the agglomeration apparatus to discover its reason,and formulates the corresponding measure,has obtained the good effect through the practice.It provided certain experience in the similar equipment maintenance and the maintenance from now on. |
