| 摘 要： | 投标人在标函有效期内不得擅自撤回投标或修改标函。当投标出现错误时，在决标前，可以予以修改或允许撤回投标，在签订合同后，可以变更或解除合同对投标人予以法律救济。

| Abstract: | The bidder can't make bold to withdraw the bid or to modify it in the period of validity of the bid. When the bid error takes place before decision on a tender, the bid is granted to modify or withdraw. After the contract has been entered into, it can be changed or canceled, then the bidder is given a remedy at law. |
