| 摘 要： | 为了研究热喷涂涂层的组织结构和工艺性能，以45钢为基材、Ni60和Ni25为涂层材料分别制备出Ni60和Ni25喷涂层。对涂层表层组织及横截面组织进行金相观察，可以很直观地看出，热喷涂层表面呈现熔融平铺状的颗粒，横截面组织形态为层状结构，颗粒之间相互堆叠，且涂层组织致密；对Ni60和Ni25涂层进行一系列的测试，如硬度测试、结合强度测试、耐热疲劳试验以及耐磨性试验。结果表明，热喷涂Ni60和Ni25涂层具有硬度高，耐磨性好，与基体结合牢固等优良性能。 |
