烟煤掺烧褐煤机组运行安全性研究及对策

摘    要:煤掺烧褐煤后将增加制粉系统、燃烧系统爆炸的可能性,炉膛易结渣.本文根据理论分析和实践经验,提出控制磨煤机出口温度,增设一氧化碳监测系统等相应措施,提高烟煤机组掺烧褐煤安全性,以期指导实际运行.

Abstract:burning bituminite and lignite can enhance the possibilities of explosion of powder making system and combustion system and of easy slagging of furnace.Basing on theoretical analysis and practical experience,this thesis provides relevant methods such as control of exit temp.of coal mill and extension of CO inspecting system,promoting safety of bituminite-fired boiler burning lignite to guide practical operation.
