Abstract:This thesis takes Clostridium acetobutylicum CICC 8012 as the original strain and uses HEPE(High energy pulsed electron) to mutate the strain.With progressive cultivation method,a new strain S10 was selected,which has a high production of butanol with 8.32 g/L,increasing 10% compared to the original strain.And then,the experiment of adding CH3CHOONH4,FeSO4 and MnSO4 was carried out to explore if these factors had effect on the fermentation production of butanol.The result showed that these factors could inc...
