联箱管端环缝气割机研制

在锅炉联箱制造中,有大量的产品需要焊接端盖进行水压试验,水压后对端盖传统上都采用人工气割,之后上大型镗床加工,但人工气割对气割面的控制不是很好,造成镗床加工的困难,大大提高了镗床维修成本及刀具的使用成本,经反复研究,我们设计制造了管端环缝气割机,大幅降低成本,提高生产效率.
