| 摘 要： | 半导体生产线仿真系统是一种具有预测功能的离散事件仿真系统,对实际生产具有指导作用。针对上海某公司现有的ORACLE数据库,提出了半导体生产线仿真系统数据库的设计方案,在对工厂的实际情况进行调研后,探讨了基于ORACLE数据库与ACCESS数据库相结合的解决方案及实现方法,该方案同时考虑了生产线上的人为因素,已成功应用于TB-PSS系统中。

| Abstract: | The simulation system of semiconductor production line is a system which has the ability of forecast,it can guide the actual production.This paper propose a database designing project of semiconductor production line based on the ORACLE database of a company in Shang Hai.After study the actual situation of this company,we discuss the solution and realization based on the combination of ORACLE database and ACCESS database,it also consider the man-made factor,and it is successfully applied in the TB-PSS simulation system. |
