摘    要:有限元模拟大变形时必须多次产生新计算网格系统。合理的新计算网格系统不但可以正确地传递以前的计算结果,而且还可以使以后的计算顺利完成。所以,如何产生新计算网格系统是有限元模拟大变形的关键问题。本文在全面论述产生新计算网格系统各种方法的基础上,采用了一种方便的方法来有效地模拟大变形金属的变形过程。

Abstract:It is necessary to redefine a new mesh system to simulate the large deforma- tion process.A new system should,on the one hand,distribute the field variables he same way as the old one and,on the other hand,perform the simulation successfully.The critical Point lies on the way to rezonethe meshes for a large deformation Process.Because of complexity and inaccuracy of the available rezoning methods,this paper has has posed a more accurate one able to analyze a large deformation process conveniently.This new method has been verified by simulating an isothermal forging procass with large deformations,which shows a good concord between the calculated and the experimental results.
