塑料微球充氘氚监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:为了减小放化环境中操作人员的劳动强度,同时减少有害气体对作业人员潜在的健康危害,设计实现了一种塑料微球充氘氚监控系统;其控制原理采用分布控制,集中管理的多级控制方式,在基于上位机IPC(工业控制计算机)、PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)和组态软件为核心的应用平台上,方便地实现了对塑料微球充氘氚装置相关元器件的远程控制、数据采集及处理等监测过程,并以图形化的方式动态显示充氘氚装置的工作状态及报警处理;上述远程监控系统改善了人机交互环境,并在某放化实验中得到成功应用。
