高成膜强度阴离子聚氨酯水乳液的研制与生产

摘    要:讨论了影响阴离子聚氨酯水乳液生产和物理性能的几个因素,得出以下结论:当合成工艺为预聚、中和、乳化、扩链、NCO/OH值1.3至1.8,羧基含量≥1.6%和交联剂用量1.5%至2.5%时,可以制备稳定的和具有较同膜强度的聚氨酯水乳液。

Abstract:Several factors effecting the physical properties and production of anion PU aquoemulsion are discussed, PU aquo-emulsions with storing stability and higher strength was prepared by properly processes of prepolymerizing, neutralizing, emulsifing and chain-extending. In this preparation,NCO/OH ratio is 1. 3~ 1. 8, carboxyl content is 1. 6% or more and amount of crosslinking agent is 1. 5 % ~2. 5 % .
